Can you ship internationally?
Yes we do International shipping. Orders above 100$ are eligible for free delivery.
How can I pay for my order?
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Rupay, and American Express. We also accept payment via UPI. COD option is available India only.
How long will it take me to get my order?
For standard shipping, you should receive your order within 7-10 business days.
Can I cancel or change my order?
For personalized orders, we begin processing orders as soon as they are placed, for this reason we are unable to cancel or make changes to orders.
Can I exchange my order?
We exchange outfit in case of size issue or other reasons. Masks and Personalized orders cannot be exchanged. All products should have tags for exchange to be accepted. The products should be in the condition as received and ensure it is not used/washed/stained. In the above mentioned cases exchange request would get rejected. How do I return my order?
We do not accept returns but we exchange as mentioned in point (9)
What do I do if my order is damaged?
Our garments go through 3 rounds of quality check before they are shipped, so there is a rare possibility of receiving damaged order. In the rarest cases if such a thing occurs our customer service team will be more than happy to assist you. You may contact our customer service team.
Why did I only receive part of my order?
